Partner with us to strengthen neurorehabilitation and trauma care in Ukraine
CALL SIGN KOBZAR is seeking strategic partners, philanthropic organizations, foundations, research collaborators and donors to support the development of neurocognitive rehabilitation, trauma research and the implementation of cutting-edge neurotechnologies in Ukraine.
We are open to collaborating with hospitals, universities, foundations, philanthropic organizations, research institutions, businesses, international partners.

A partnership that creates a long-term impact
Supporting the centre helps advance clinical programmes, research, specialist training and access to modern neurorehabilitation technologies, strengthening long-term rehabilitation capacity for people affected by the war in Ukraine.
Focus: equipment · research · education · clinical development · international collaboration.
Why this matters?
We are building more than a one-off initiative — we are helping develop a sustainable system of care
The neurological and psychological consequences of war are often interconnected. Traumatic brain injury, concussion, PTSD and prolonged exposure to combat stress can affect cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, daily life and social reintegration.
Effective recovery therefore requires a coordinated approach that brings together assessment, rehabilitation, psychological support, medical collaboration and research.
For people
More military personnel and veterans can gain access to professional, structured support as they recover from the consequences of war-related trauma.
For the healthcare system
Our work contributes to the development of neurocognitive rehabilitation practices, interdisciplinary collaboration and evidence-informed approaches to care.
For science
We aim to contribute to a Ukrainian evidence base on neurofeedback, biofeedback and modern approaches to neurocognitive rehabilitation.
