An evidence-based · neurobiological foundation · comprehensive approach
Post-war recovery begins with understanding trauma.
CALL SIGN KOBZAR is a center for neurocognitive rehabilitation and trauma research that integrates neuropsychology, psychotherapy, medical support, scientific research, and advanced neurotechnologies.
For investors, international funds, donors, medical institutions, scientific partners, businesses, and volunteers.

Science. Rehabilitation. Dignity.
We aim to establish a center that helps shape evidence-based approaches to recovery from the consequences of war.
What We Create
A center that combines science, rehabilitation, and innovation
We are working on a systematic approach to the recovery of service members, veterans, civilians, and families who have experienced trauma.
Trauma Assessment
We are studying the effects of war, PTSD, traumatic brain injury, concussions, and chronic stress on the brain, the nervous system, and cognitive functioning.
Neurocognitive Rehabilitation
We develop approaches to improving memory, attention, emotional regulation, sleep, concentration, and adaptability.
Evidence Base
We aim to compile a body of Ukrainian evidence on the effectiveness of neurofeedback and modern neurotechnologies.
The Problem
War leaves consequences that aren't always visible on the surface
PTSD, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, chronic stress, sleep disorders, anxiety, depression, and problems with memory, attention, and adaptation often occur together.
That is why treatment requires a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based approach.
- PTSD and Chronic Stress
- Traumatic Brain Injury, Concussions, and Blast Injuries
- Memory, Attention, and Sleep Disorders
- Anxiety, Hyperarousal, and Emotional Instability
- Difficulties with Social and Occupational Adjustment
Our Approach
Comprehensive, interdisciplinary, and research-based
We work at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, medicine, and rehabilitation to view the person as a whole, rather than just through individual symptoms.
Neuropsychological Assessment
Assessment of memory, attention, executive functions, information processing speed, and emotional regulation.
Neurocognitive Rehabilitation
Programs for restoring cognitive function following trauma, traumatic brain injury, concussions, and chronic stress.
Trauma Psychotherapy
EMDR, DBR, Gestalt therapy, body dynamics, body-oriented and breathing practices.
Medical care
СCollaboration with psychiatrists, neurologists, and rehabilitation specialists.
Scientific Research
Research on the effects of war on the brain and nervous system and an assessment of the effectiveness of rehabilitation methods.
Innovative Technologies
Neurofeedback, biofeedback, sensorimotor systems, and other technologies to support recovery.
Current Project
Equipment for neurocognitive rehabilitation and trauma assessment
The first project aims to secure funding for equipment that will enable research and help establish an evidence base for modern rehabilitation methods.
Neurofeedback device
A non-invasive brain training technology that helps explore and develop self-regulation of brain activity.
Nirvana Sensory Room
An interactive sensorimotor system designed to support sensory integration, coordination, attention, and cognitive functions.
Diagnostic Materials
Tools for assessing cognitive functioning, emotional regulation, and recovery dynamics.
Partnership
What people who have gone through the recovery process say
Behind every support program is a person who is learning to find stability, peace, and the strength to move forward once again.

Why Is This Important?
Ukraine has unique experience that could serve as the basis for new rehabilitation models
Our goal is not simply to provide assistance to individuals. We aim to create a center that will combine practical rehabilitation, research, professional training, partnerships with medical institutions, and the development of evidence-based approaches.
Would you like to support the center's development or discuss a partnership?
Please contact us - we are open to dialogue with investors, foundations, medical institutions, universities, businesses, and volunteers.
